Area 1 Colette Dahl

I am Colette Dahl, the District Nurse for Granite Falls School District which is comprised of 1 Alternative High School, a High School, a Middle School, 2 Elementary Schools, ECEAP/Developmental Preschool for a total of 2300 students.
I received my BSN from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and my MSN –Nurse Educator Pathway from Seattle Pacific University.
I also practice as a Forensic Nurse at Providence Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse gathering forensic evidence, photos, history, and screening for STD/STI, performing assessments, and providing court testimony for domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse/neglect patients.
In addition to my district nurse responsibilities, I am a CTE Instructor and teach an Introduction to Health Care Occupations course to grades 9-12.
In my personal time, I enjoy knitting, riding motorcycles, golfing, participating in local 5K events, coaching Girls on the Run, and my English bulldogs.
